Dakota & Brooke's Wedding

Dakota & Brooke had a beautiful intimate wedding on some gorgeous family property last weekend. I just couldn't help but stare out the window our whole drive over there because of how beautiful it was! The weather (though hot) was perfect! It wasn't hardly humid at all and there wasn't a cloud in the sky.

Their sweet family was so welcoming to us, and kept my Dakota company while I was shooting all the details. I think he knew everyone's name or relation to the couple by the time we left! He kept pointing people out to me and telling me who they were.

I photographed these two in the fall, so they were already pros when it came to posing and we were able to fly through their Bride and Groom portraits after they shared the sweetest first look! We kind of happened upon the mountain overlook by accident, but I'm so grateful I spotted it because those turned out to be some of my favorite portraits of the day!

Their sweet families put so much hard work into making this day special for them and I think that's such a testament to how loved and special they really are.

I just love this shot of her sweet Mama. It made me emotional thinking about being in her spot one day watching my baby girl marry the man of her dreams.
